Only thing which i can say is that they take long to respond to calls and then when u finally getting speak to someone then its another wait. Called there this week twice and it took about 10 minutes on both occasions to get a response.
If they can improve on this, then it will be a pleasure in dealing with them.

2026 update: the service has improved a lot, and I am happy to shop here. I just had to find someone who was willing to help, and now I only deal with them.

Appalling service both times I've been to this shop. If you are lucky enough to have someone look up and see you waiting at the counter you might be able to hold their attention for a little while before they seem to forget that you exist. I doubt that I'll bother with a next time.
